Who I am ? Psychologist
PhD in Psychology (Université Libre de Bruxelles), I am trained in Life Coaching (Université Catholique de Louvain).
I offer individual consultations for adults who seek support during a difficult time in their lives, who are dealing with existential questions, or simply those who wish to work on themselves to better thrive.
My specialties are:
- Relationship problems (in love, family, work, difficulties in forming relationships, managing conflict, or asserting oneself with others);
- Self-image, confidence, and self-esteem;
- Stress and anxiety management;
- Professional issues (career change, burnout).
I provide psychological support in a trusted, non-judgmental environment.
Consultations can be conducted in French, Portuguese, or English.
